About
Hello! I am thrilled to be able to continue my real estate career in my wonderful hometown with Weatherbee Real Estate. What a pleasure to be part of such a great team. I am a proud Graham native and my family has deep roots in this great small town. After graduating from GHS, I attend Texas Tech University and then graduated from Tarleton State University with a bachelor’s degree in Human Sciences in 2008. That same day, I married my love, James, and we have 2 wonderful children, Kate (10) and Owen (7).
In 2013 we took a leap of faith, packed up everything we owned, and moved to Louisville, KY for 2 years! I loved being with my kids and husband in such a beautiful part of the country, but always knew we would end up home- in Texas. In 2016, I took another leap of faith and studied hard to receive yet another honor, my Real Estate license. I LOVE my job!
I enjoy being outside, and a lot of our time is spent riding horses and ATV’s around my family’s ranch. On the weekends, when I’m not working, you can usually find me cheering on my kids in tournament soccer; watching them brings me such pride!
Whether it’s buying or selling in Young county or surrounding areas, I would love to be there for you with any questions you may have. A lot goes into this process. Make sure you have the right agent by your side. I know the neighborhoods; I know the streets; I know the people; I know 76450!

About
I was born and raised in Graham. After graduating, I moved to Canyon where I attended West Texas A&M University. In 1998, I moved back to Graham where I met my husband of almost 20 years, Gabriel. We work and live on our ranch with our two children, Cameron (17) and Kimber (10). Our children make the sixth generation of our family working our ranch.
I worked as a landman in the Oil & Gas Industry for 7 years. After that, I worked as an escrow officer for 6 years. In 2016 I received my Real Estate license and have been enjoying it since. I truly love being a Realtor! I specialize in residential and farm / ranch. I have experience in commercial property as well.
When I am not working with my clients, I enjoy spending time with my family and being involved in our local FFA group, Commercial Steer Program and the Caleb Larson Memorial Foundation.
It is such a pleasure being able to work in my hometown. I understand that buying and selling real estate can sometimes be stressful. I will work tirelessly to promote your best interest and to make this process a pleasant journey.
